Aetana’s mobile app is now compatible with the Connect, and users who use this option can log in to the company’s new Connect app on their desktop computers.
Users who have a new mobile device or smartphone can log into the Connect app and create a user name and password.
They can also access their account from their desktop computer.
Users can use their mobile device to log in, but users should be aware that this will not work if the device is locked, lost, or stolen.
If you do not have a mobile device, then you will have to use either a desktop computer or a connected USB drive to access your account.
Users will need to make sure they have the correct settings to use their Connect account with the app.

The app is available for free for new users on Apple iOS and Android devices.
